All our floral box arrangements and bouquets ship either via Yodel, UPS or DPD, depending on your location and preferred delivery charge. All orders placed before the typical  11AM cut off time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Standard Next Day - Yodel — £7.50 flat rate

Premium Standard Next Day (UPS or DPD) — £11 flat rate
Premium Next Day by 12:00 — £18 flat rate
Premium Next Day by 10:30 – £23 flat rate

Package Tracking

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

Delivery insurance

All orders shipped both domestically come with package insurance.

When ordering all arrangements we allow you to choose the specific date you’d like your order to be delivered on. Look for our delivery date picker as the 3rd step - Additional information, of the check-out process.

Shipping information

Next day delivery is available for all orders placed by 11:00. We do not deliver on Sundays, except for Mother’s Day 31st March 2019.

Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Orders placed on or for a national Bank Holiday will be delivered the next working day unless agreed otherwise in advance. please get in touch by phone or e-mail and our staff will be happy to make arrangements.

Our flowers are dispatched and delivered by a courier on a signature optional delivery. Put simply, this means that should no one be available to accept the delivery, the flowers can be left on the property (including on a porch or step) or with a neighbour. Should you have a preferred location for our courier to leave your order, please specify this when prompted to do so at the checkout. Should you prefer our courier not to leave the flowers on the property if no one is available to sign for the consignment, please write this clearly in the delivery information box when navigating through the checkout process. In this instance, the flowers will be taken back to the delivery depot and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call and arrange a re-delivery.

Paeonia Floral Designs strives to provide the best service to all our clients. However occasionally despite our best endeavours, unforeseen factors, such as traffic, extreme weather conditions or key London events may prevent us from achieving the full satisfaction of our Clients. As a fresh product, the flowers will be at your risk from the time of delivery. We cannot accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or due to fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.

We take special care to ensure that deliveries are made on your nominated day. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at this time and that the details provided at checkout are correct. We are unable to accept liability for consignment being delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect postcodes or house names/numbers.

All prices for delivery include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Standard deliveries from Paeonia Floral Designs are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday through Saturday for business destinations and 8pm for residential destination.

On Valentines Day, Mothers Day and other such annual occasions when demand for flower delivery is at its highest throughout London, Paeonia Floral Designs does not guarantee a time for delivery. We will schedule delivery with our couriers for the earliest available time and will prioritise places of work to ensure that delivery is completed before close of business. In order to ensure that delivery to a commercial address may be completed before 5pm, the order must be received by  9am the day before. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to reach the intended destination before close of business.

For residential addresses, delivery at peak times will be made by 10pm.

For instances when delivery cannot be completed due to factors outside of Paeonia Floral Designs control, orders may be rescheduled but shall not be eligible for refund.

Please note that although Paeonia Flora Designs makes every effort to ensure for the safe delivery of your order, we employ the delivery services of third parties and are therefore unable to fully guarantee for the safe delivery of either flowers, glass, porcelain or ceramic when delivered outside of the London area. Such elements are therefore transported at the customers own risk.

Damaged Flowers

Although we work with our delivery partners and our courier company to do our best to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged as a result of transportation. If the Client receives damaged flowers, please contact Paeonia Floral Designs within 1 HOUR of receiving your order on 07555 956 114. As we are unable to control the environment into which any perishable goods may be placed once delivered, beyond this time limit we cannot offer a refund.

Paeonia Floral Designs may reserve the right to review any instance of damage on a case by case basis, however once the flowers have been accepted by the client and after this first hour, any subsequent damage is the responsibility of the Client.
Because of their perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Availability

We will dispatch each arrangement in accordance with the delivery day and option selected.

Seasonal variation in cut flowers and plants means that some of our products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value and quality without notice. We will do our upmost to ensure any replacement maintains the overall appearance of the bouquet purchased. Please note, as with all natural products there may be slight variations in colour from the images shown.

 Personal Messages

We shall not be liable for the content of the message that you have supplied to be delivered with your order and therefore ask that messages refrain from containing material that may be being offensive, threatening, distressing or obscene.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product, refunds/cancellation are not available as standard but at our discretion. We will always try to accommodate any reasonable requests to change or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you can notify us by telephone on +44 (0)7555 956 114. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

If a cancellation is made on the day that your order is due to be delivered, you may be fully charged but offered a voucher or credit note to the full value of the goods.


In the event of full cancellation of a confirmed order within the time limits set out above, we will refund your order.

If you are unhappy with the delivery upon its receipt, we will offer to replace or refund it provided that the Client has contacted us within the 1 hour time frame, post-delivery. As we are unable to control the environment into which any perishable goods may be placed once delivered, beyond this time limit we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management; for this to apply we will ask for photographic evidence of the product or for the product to be returned to the our address . We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

Bouquets are bespoke and stock ordered specifically for a customer cannot be guaranteed to be re-sold. Once flowers have been ordered or an order has been started, we are unable to issue a refund.

Should an order be refused by the intended recipient, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund.

In the event that upon arrival at the given location an order cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Paeonia Floral Designs control eg. a hospital department does not accept flowers, the recipient is not known at the address, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all delivery details are correct prior to the delivery date.

Where there is a query regarding a refund, Paeonia Floral Designs will review each case individually and will endeavour to come to a fair and amicable solution. However, Paeonia Floral Designs decision on such matters will be final.
